The Challenge

As the organization expanded, the creative team was supporting a growing portfolio of fintech clients with increasing demands and tighter timelines. Each client had unique requirements, multiple stakeholders, and evolving priorities, making it difficult to maintain consistency while keeping projects on schedule.

Without standardized processes, work was managed differently across projects, limiting visibility into team capacity, slowing production, and creating unnecessary friction between creative, account, and leadership teams.

The challenge wasn't simply increasing output—it was building an operational foundation that could scale alongside the business without sacrificing quality.

Rather than hiring more designers to solve the problem, I focused on improving how work moved through the organization.

I partnered with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and redesign the creative process from intake through final delivery.
