About
Analyzing experiences is what I do.
What went wrong? What could be better? What did I learn?
I've asked some version of those questions throughout my career—from my earliest work in design and visual communication to leading creative teams, shaping customer journeys, developing integrated marketing strategies, and helping organizations solve complex business problems.
Over time, my work moved upstream.
I became less interested in simply designing the thing and more interested in understanding why we were making it, what problem it needed to solve, what people needed from it, and how all the pieces of the business had to connect to make it successful.
Today, I work at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, brand, creative, marketing, and operations.
It's an unconventional path for a strategist.
I think that's the point.
