I'm a naturally curious problem-solver who likes to understand the whole picture: how things work, why people do what they do, and where things aren't quite connecting. I love digging into a challenge, asking questions, and finding opportunities others might miss.
My sweet spot is where brand, customer experience, marketing, and operations overlap. I've spent a big part of my career in email marketing, figuring out how to reach people who aren't always easy to reach—and what it takes to get them to actually engage. It's taught me a lot about human behavior, the importance of clear communication, and how small changes can make a big difference.
I can see the big picture, get into the details, and connect the pieces to make things work better. Because the best solutions rarely fit neatly into one lane.
